Belonging Residential

Lo Fang Ming

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Belonging Residential by Lo Fang Ming This home accommodates three generations, including an entrepreneur, adult children, and young grandchildren. Given its narrow layout and limited ceiling height, the challenge is to balance shared living with personal space while fostering a strong family bond through a refined aesthetic. The designer uses linear elements as a metaphor for the Eastern family's growth, extending from the first floor upward to define display, storage, and partitions. Mirrors amplify light and openness, subtly overcoming spatial constraints.
