Interior Space and Exhibition Design Mini Punjab Restaurant by Ketan Jawdekar This Indian Restaurant is a combination of traditional and contemporary elements. The designer has used indigenous and local material keeping in mind the local context of highway side Indian Dhaba. Cane sticks wrap the walls extending up to ceiling and central ceiling is highlighted with hanging earthen pots. The designer has used textures of natural elements to create lighting patterns. Odd shape of the premises is treated with use of mirrors. It gives international look to otherwise a normal Indian restaurant and encourages the expacts to step in and experience the Indian culture
