Owspace Bookstore

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Owspace Bookstore by Cheng Yu Hsieh The design team believes that bookstore is a" humanistic scenery, a cultural domain" or even interpreted as a place of liberation for minds. This project aims to gather the public to spend their whole day in there and attract the literati of Hangzhou or even the world. The historical streets of Hangzhou, pedestrians beside the large canal, natural landscapes and the rich humanistic life, form the design elements of the space. Thus, the materials of the spatial elements, bookshelves, displays and furniture are specifically chosen to preserve the patterns and touches of natural materials.
